Blue Sky Spa 7 (512 Main St, Grafton, OH 44044, (440) 453-7936) takes your privacy seriously. This page explains what we collect when you book online, why, and what you can ask us to do.

What we collect

• Your name, email address and phone number.
• Your appointment: the massage, length, time and therapist.
• What you choose in the booking form: your pressure preferences, the areas of the body you mark, and any notes you write. Your notes may include health information, such as injuries, allergies or pregnancy. Only share what you are comfortable sharing.
• The language you choose, and whether you want text reminders when we offer them.

How we use it

• To book your appointment and give you a safe, comfortable massage.
• To send your confirmation, appointment reminders and cancellation notices, and to contact you about your booking.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Your therapist and our managers can see your booking and your notes, so they can look after you. We also use a few companies to run the booking system. They handle information only to provide their service to us:

• Web hosting and servers: Amazon Web Services.
• Sending email: Resend.
• When we turn them on: text messages (Twilio) and card payments (Square).

We may share information if the law requires it.

Your health notes

We use them only to give you a safe massage. Massage is not medical care, and we are not a medical provider.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as we need them to run the business and meet legal requirements, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop getting reminders, by calling us at (440) 453-7936 or visiting us at 512 Main St. If we send text messages, you can reply STOP at any time.

Cookies and your device

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser stores your language choice, and keeps your massage choices on your own device while you book, so you do not have to enter them again. Our staff sign in with a cookie that keeps them signed in.

Children

Online booking is for adults. Guests under 18 should be booked by a parent or guardian.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
